On 29 April 2010, Barry Jordon and David Vance were appointed Receivers and Managers of the following St Laurence Companies:
The companies involved with the management contract for The National Property Trust, Irongate Property Limited, Direct Property Investments No. 6 Limited and St Laurence Property Development Fund Limited are not in receivership.
The receivers are currently in the process of reviewing the financial position of the seven Companies listed above. Once this review has been completed a report will be sent to all St Laurence Limited debenture holders and capital notes holders, detailing our findings and proposed strategy. This report is expected to be available by the end of June 2010.
